Examples of long-term services I’ve provided:
Developed disability awareness/inclusion curriculum materials for an organization to train other organizations
Developed a six-month Accessibility Champions program with a global company. Included the development of a self-guided learning journey curriculum, facilitation of multiple training sessions, program design/development, creation of a newsletter series, and facilitation of discussion sessions with participants.

"We partnered with Catarina to lead an ‘Accessibility Champions’ program at our organization where Catarina spent 6 months mentoring 12 of our colleagues to become disability, neurodiversity, and inclusion advocates within our company. Catarina hand curated a Self-Guided Learning Journey of high-quality resources for the Champions, and hosted regular Facilitated Group Learning conversations to help them reflect on their learning and put it into practice.
